摘  要:目的:对北京市某三甲专科医院人力资源其构成情况进行横向和纵向对比分析,了解该医院人力资源现状及其发展中存在的问题。方法:分别计算该医院各类人力资源绝对数、构成比、年均增长速度,并对该医院的人力资源数据与北京市三级专科医院的平均水平进行对比分析。结果:2012-2018年医院在岗职工总数年均增长0.63%,诊疗人次数年均增长5.42%,北京市三级专科医院平均在岗职工总数年均增长-6.21%。结论:医院人员数量稳步上升,人员数量达到三级医院的标准且高于北京市平均水平,但人员结构不合理,建议加大青年人才比例,加强人力资源监督管理。Objective:To conduct a horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the composition of human resources in a GradeⅢspecialized hospital in Beijing to understand the current status of the human resources and the problems in its development.Methods:Calculate the absolute number,composition ratio and average annual growth rate of various human resources of the hospital respectively,and compare and analyze the human resource data of this hospital with the average level of Beijing GradeⅢspecialized hospital.Results:From 2012 to 2018,the total number of employees in the hospital increased by 0.63%annually,the number of clinicians increased by 5.42%,and the average number of employees in GradeⅢspecialized hospitals in Beijing increased by-6.21%.Conclusion:The number of hospital staff has risen steadily.The number of staff has reached the standards of GradeⅢspecialized hospital and is higher than the average level in Beijing.However,the staff structure is unreasonable.It is recommended to increase the proportion of young talents and strengthen human resources supervision and management.
