摘　　要：为培养适应"一带一路"的高铁人才,广州铁路职业技术学院将简·奈特大学国际化"MOST模式"学术思想运用于国际化人才培养实践中,通过搭平台建机制,运用跨界融合发展理念,推进职业教育教学改革,为"一带一路"沿线国家和地区培养了符合要求的国际化的轨道交通高素质技术技能型人才。To cultivate high-speed rail talent suitable for the Belt and Road,Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic adopts the MOST mode of Jane Knight in the internationalized talent training practice.By establishing the platform mechanism,adopting the development concept of cross-border integration,and promoting the vocational teaching reform,it has cultivated internationalized high-quality skilled talent to meet the needs of rail transport for the countries and regions along the Belt and Road.
