摘 要:高等职业教育的育人与职业人格塑造是相互关联的。职业人格塑造是以心理学人格学理论为基础,以培养学生积极健全的职业人格为目标。高等职业教育培养的是直接面向职业岗位的劳动者,职业定向性要求职业教育与学习者要明确职业特性,要从职业精神塑造、职业态度培育、职业能力形成等方面塑造学生职业人格,培育有优良思想品德及积极职业人格的现代职业人。The education and the shaping of occupational personality are interrelated in higher vocational education as the latter is based on the theory of psychological personality and targeted at shaping student's active and sound occupational personality.Higher vocational education cultivates labor force ready for occupations.Such orientation requires a clear understanding about the properties of the occupations from vocational education and learners.It needs to shape the occupational personality from the shaping of occupational spirit,the cultivation of occupational attitude,and the development of occupational capability,and cultivate modern professionals with sound morality and active occupational personality.
