摘　　要：教育部要求职业院校建立内部质量保证体系和可持续的诊断与改进工作机制,全面落实立德树人的根本任务,促进学生全面发展,持续提高人才培养质量。为此西安航空职业技术学院对机械设计与制造专业进行SWOT分析,确定专业目标链和标准链,按照"8字螺旋"原则进行专业自我诊断与改进,利用数据系统进行监测、预警、改进的小循环,通过数据分析对专业进行诊断与改进,效果良好。The Ministry of Education requires vocational colleges to establish an internal quality assurance system and a sustainable diagnosis and improvement mechanism,fully implement the basic task of cultivating talent through morality,promote the overall development of students and continuously improve the quality of talent training.Xi'an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute carries out SWOT analysis of mechanical design and manufacturing specialty,determines the professional goal chain and standard chain,and carries out professional self-diagnosis and improvement according to the principle of"eight characters spiral".In the implementation of professional operation,the data system is used for monitoring,early warning and improvement of the small cycle,and it diagnoses and improves the specialty through data analysis.
