高职院校体育文化育人策略探究

摘　　要：在探讨体育文化的含义及高职院校体育文化的渗透性、多样性、娱乐性和时代性特点的基础上,提出高职院校文化育人的策略,如加强体育物质文化环境建设,在高职院校体育教育中渗透体育文化、提升高职院校体育教师的学养水平等。总结出体育文化育人是一种素质教育,其作用必须经过潜移默化的长久过程才能显现出来。体育文化将对学生的生活方式、精神境界、人格修养等各个方面产生持久而深远的影响,从而更好地实现高职院校文化育人的目标和效果。On the basis of discussing the meaning of sports culture and the penetrability,diversity,entertainment and era characteristics of sports culture in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the strategies of cultural education in higher vocational colleges,such as strengthening the construction of sports material culture environment,permeating sports culture in sports education in higher vocational colleges,and promoting the knowledge and accomplishment level of sports teachers in higher vocational colleges,etc.It is concluded that sports culture education is a kind of quality education,and its function can only be revealed through a long process of subtle influence.Sports culture will have a lasting and far-reaching influence on students'life style,spiritual realm,personality cultivation and other aspects,so as to better realize the goal and effect of cultural education in higher vocational colleges.
