摘 要:后精准扶贫时代,教育扶贫成为精准扶贫的主要手段之一。近年来,我国对语言与贫困关系的认识程度不断深化,陆续出台了系列语言教育政策,将语言教育作为扶贫工作的重要形式之一,为语言教育扶贫带来了新的发展机遇。语言教育扶贫是语言教育的时代功能、地区扶贫的重要资本、产业发展的有力途径。语言教育扶贫的框架包括其发展主体、内在逻辑、目标导向和评价机制。只有大力推进语言教育扶贫共同治理体系建设,打好语言教育扶贫基础,打通语言教育最后“一公里”,才能将语言教育扶贫真正落到实处。In the post targeted poverty alleviation era,education poverty alleviation has become one of the main means of targeted poverty alleviation.In recent years,China has greatly increased the knowledge and understanding towards the relationship between language and poverty.By introducing a series of language education policies to make language teaching as one of the most important forms around the poverty alleviation,it greatly promotes completion of poverty alleviation and brings new development opportunities to China.Poverty alleviation through language education is the function of the time,the significant capital of local poverty alleviation and the efficient route for industry development.The frame construction of it includes main bodies of development,internal logic,goal orientations and assessment mechanism.Only by promoting the construction of shared governance system,laying solid foundation in 3 aspects,firmly completing the“Last mile”,can we truly put poverty alleviation through language education into practice.
