复方硼砂含漱液对部分口腔感染细菌的抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方硼砂含漱液对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌及临床分离MRSA等10株常见口腔感染细菌的抑制作用。方法:用微量肉汤稀释法测定MIC。结果:在2倍稀释度下,复方硼砂含漱液对10株细菌均有抑制效果;在4倍稀释度下,对表皮葡萄球菌标准株、MRSA临床株2和4有抑制效果。结论:复方硼砂含漱液可有效抑制上述各种细菌的生长。Objective:The in vitro antimicrobial activity of Compound Borax Gargle was determined against Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Escherichia coli,Klebsiellar pneumonia,Pseudomona aeruginosa,and five clinical isolate MRSA strains.Methods:Micro both dilution method.Results:The Compound Borax Gargle can inhibit 10 strains of bacteria at double dilution,and at 4-fold dilution,it can inhibit Staphylococcus epidermidis and MRSA clinical strains 2 and 4.Conclusion:Compound Borax Gargle can effectively inhibit the growth of the selected bacteria.
