摘　　要：山东省自2017年来开展化工产业安全生产转型升级专项行动。行动的开展离不开大量高素质基层技能型人才的支撑,离不开高等职业教育的全方位参与,一方面需对行业内从业人员开展培训提升他们的专业综合素质,另一方面为行业发展不断输送新鲜、高素质人才。本文从专业建设定位、培养目标人员建设、人才培养方案建设、课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、教学条件建设及教学管理机制建设七个方面展开探讨高职化工专业建设,以适应行业发展需求。Since 2017,Shandong Province has carried out the special action of safety production transformation and upgrading of chemical industry.The action can not be carried out without the support of a large number of high-quality grass-roots skilled talents and the full participation of higher vocational education.On the one hand,it is necessary to carry out training for the employees in the industry to improve their professional comprehensive quality,on the other hand,it is necessary to continuously transport new and high-quality talents for the industry development.This paper discusses the construction of Chemical Engineering Specialty in Higher Vocational Education from seven aspects:the orientation of specialty construction,the construction of training target personnel,the construction of talent training program,the construction of curriculum system,the construction of teaching staff,the construction of teaching conditions and the construction of teaching management mechanism,so as to meet the needs of industry development.
