摘  要:打造良好的幼儿园环境,发挥环境的"隐性课程"效应,不仅能够使师生的身心健康有所裨益,而且能够促进幼儿全面发展。文章分析环境"隐性课程"效应的作用,探讨环境对于幼儿终身可持续性发展的重要影响,研究"隐性课程"与环境建设的关系,指出教师要实现角色转变,突出幼儿的主体地位,提高幼儿的综合素养。To create a good kindergarten environment and give full play to the"hidden curriculum"effect of the environment can not only benefit the physical and mental health of teachers and students,but also promote the comprehensive development of children.This paper analyzes the role of environmental"hidden curriculum"effect,discusses the important impact of environment on children’s lifelong sustainable development,studies the relationship between"hidden curriculum"and environmental construction,and points out that teachers should change their roles,highlight children’s dominant position,and improve children’s comprehensive quality.
