摘　　要：目的探讨抗坏血酸(ASC)联合化疗治疗老年急性髓系白血病(AML)患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院108例初治老年AML患者的临床资料,根据诱导化疗中是否使用ASC将患者分为应用组(53例)和对照组(55例)。比较两组的疗效、OS、DFS、化疗前、后肌酐及血钾水平。结果经一个疗程的诱导化疗后,应用组的CR率高于对照组,早期死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。应用组的中位OS、中位DFS长于对照组;应用组的1年OS率高于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗前、后,两组的肌酐及血钾水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ASC联合化疗治疗老年AML患者能改善预后,同时对肾功能及血钾水平无明显影响。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ascorbic acid(ASC)combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods The clinical data of 108 elderly patients with AML newly treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to whether ASC was used in induction chemotherapy,the patients were divided into application group(53 cases)and control group(55 cases).The curative effect,OS,DFS,creatinine and serum potassium levels before and after chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results After a course of induction chemotherapy,the CR rate of the application group was higher than that of the control group,and the early mortality rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The median OS and median DFS of the application group were longer than those of the control group;the 1-year OS rate of the application group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before and after chemotherapy,there were no significant differences in creatinine and serum potassium levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion ASC combined with chemotherapy can improve the prognosis of elderly patients with AML,and it has no significant effect on renal function and serum potassium level.
