摘　　要：近些年来,葡萄酒相关产业发展迅速,亟须高层次人才支持。葡萄与葡萄酒工程作为一个应用性强、技术更新快的特色专业,学生创新精神和实践能力的培养极为重要。在前几年的教学实践中,青岛农业大学葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业以学科竞赛为突破点,对专业的培养方案、教学内容、师资队伍、竞赛激励政策、竞赛组织、竞赛内容、实习实验内容、竞赛平台建设等内容进行了改革,形成了良好的应用型创新人才培养环境。Wine industry and consumption are booming these years.As an application oriented major,the operation and innovation consciousness is crucial for the students in viticulture and enology.In the last several years,we found that the discipline competition is a catalyst to foster the study environment,and we gained plentiful experiences in the reformation of training frame,teaching content,staff organization,incentive policies,competition organization&content,experiment and internship content,as well as the competition platform construction.
