摘  要:农民工职业技能培训是新时期产业结构调整的关键环节。对广西南宁、柳州、武鸣和广东佛山家具生产企业中农民工的问卷调查显示:参与培训符合农民工自身提升和发展的内在需求;合作培训符合企业参与产业优化和创新的外在需求;超过70%的被调查者非常希望接受继续教育,通过文化知识、专业理论和技能的培训,提高自身的文化水平和专业技能,从而达到更高职业岗位的标准,实现工作环境和生活环境的改善。以现代学徒制开展农民工职业技能培训有助于提升劳动力质量,其具体实施模式为:以双身份学徒和双导师团队构建双主体人才培养模式;以分解岗位任务需求构建模块化的双体系课程结构;以融合的校企管理标准构建双标准学徒管理和考评体系。在此过程中,政府需统筹规划和协调各方资源推动合作平台的构建,行业和企业应积极参与标准及技能认证体系的构建,职业院校应加深产教过程对接提高人才培养质量。Rural Migrant workers’vocational skills training is a key link in the adjustment of industrial structure in the new period.Questionnaire surveys were conducted among migrant workers who fit this study in furniture manufacturing enterprises in Nanning,Liuzhou,Wuming,and Foshan.The results show that participating in training meets the internal needs of migrant workers themselves for improvement and development,and cooperative training meets the external needs of enterprises participating in industrial optimization and innovation.Besides,more than 70%of the respondents in the survey hope that they will have the opportunity to receive continuing education.Through the training of cultural knowledge,professional theories and skills,they will improve their cultural level and professional skills to achieve higher standards of professional positions to improve the working environment and living environment.Carrying out vocational skills training for migrant workers with a modern apprenticeship system can help improve the quality of the labor force,and the specific model is to build a dual-subject talent training model with dual-identity apprentices and dual-mentor teams,to build a modular dual-system curriculum structure by decomposing job tasks,and to build a dual-standard apprenticeship management and evaluation system with integrated school-enterprise management standards.In this process,the government needs to plan and coordinate the resources of all parties to promote the construction of a cooperation platform,industries and enterprises should actively participate in the construction of standards and skill certification systems,and vocational schools should deepen the process of industrial education to improve the quality of talent training.
