摘 要:为满足火电机组日益复杂的控制要求,提高系统目标值跟踪和抗干扰能力,设计采用二自由度PID控制器,且针对二自由度多个相互关联参数整定的复杂性,研究一种模拟退火算法和粒子群算法相融合的智能混合算法(SAPSO算法),用该算法对二自由度PID控制器参数进行整定优化,并运用到锅炉燃烧控制系统中。通过Matlab仿真验证,与传统Z-N整定法和PSO算法相比,经过SA-PSO融合算法整定后的二自由度PID控制器使锅炉燃烧控制系统超调量仅为3.9%、调节时间为47.15 s,并具有较好的抗外扰能力。采用该融合算法整定二自由度PID参数使系统具有良好的性能指标值,能够提高锅炉燃烧系统的控制性能。In order to meet the increasingly complex control requirements of thermal power units and improve the ability of target tracking and anti-interference of the system,a two degree of freedom PID controller is designed.For the complexity of setting multiple interrelated parameters of two degrees of freedom,an intelligent hybrid algorithm(SA-PSO algorithm)combining simulated annealing algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm is studied.The algorithm is used to improve the two degree of freedom PID parameters It is applied to boiler combustion control system.Through Matlab simulation,compared with the traditional ZN tuning method and PSO algorithm,the two degree of freedom PID controller adjusted by SA-PSO fusion algorithm makes the overshoot of boiler combustion control system only 3.9%and the regulating time 47.15 s,and has better anti-interference ability.Using the fusion algorithm to adjust the two degree of freedom PID parameters,the fusion algorithm has good performance index value and can improve the control performance of boiler combustion system.
