摘　　要：针对高等职业院校化学实训项目现状及存在的问题,昆明工业职业技术学院与企业共同开发基于工作过程的化学实训项目,实训项目实施即为真实的工作过程,学生在实训过程中严格按照企业的操作规范和标准完成实训项目,极大的提高了学生的职业岗位能力,达到了为企业培养高素质技术技能型人才的目的。In view of the current situation and existing problems of chemical practical training projects in higher vocational colleges,our college and the enterprise jointly develop chemical practical training projects based on the working process.The implementation of the practical training projects is the real working process.Students complete the practical training projects in strict accordance with the operation specifications and standards of the enterprise in the process of practical training,which greatly improves the vocational post ability of students and achieves the goal of serving the enterprise The purpose of training high-quality technical talents.
