摘 要:校企协同创新的动力理论主要涉及利益协同、战略协同、资源协同3个层面。在校企双方需求互补、行为协调的条件下,企业的协同创新动力来源于市场需求与竞争、人力资本、技术创新与转化3个方面,高校的协同创新动力来源于创新环境、资金支持、内部发展3个方面。对校企协同创新中心动力的维护和保障,需要从加强政府的规划与引导、创造良好的科研创新环境、完善内部激励制度等方面着手。The article argues that the motivation theory of school-enterprise collaborative innovation mainly has three levels:interest synergy,strategic synergy,and resource synergy.It is put forward that under the condition of complementary needs and coordinated behaviors of both universities and enterprises,the motivation for collaborative innovation of enterprises comes from three aspects:market demand and competition,human capital,technological innovation and transformation.The power of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities comes from three aspects:innovation environment,financial support and internal development.To maintain and guarantee the power of school-enterprise collaborative innovation,we need to start from three aspects:strengthening the government’s planning and guidance of the school-enterprise coordination center,creating a good environment for scientific research and innovation,and improving the internal incentive system.
