摘  要:基于合成方法学的原理设计了一个综合性有机化学实验-鲁米诺的合成实验。学生查阅文献,选择适合的鲁米诺合成路线,分组探索肼解和硝基还原两步反应的条件,练习核磁氢谱和质谱表征实验产品。通过以上教学过程,培养学生的团队合作精神和创新意识,加深对合成方法学的理解,提升学生的实验能力。A comprehensive organic chemistry experiment,the synthesis experiment of Luminol,is designed based on the principle of synthesis methodology.The students chose the appropriate synthesis route of luminol though literature review and then explored the reaction conditions of hydrazinolysis and nitro reduction in groups.The experimental products are characterized by 1H-NMR and MS.and cultivated the students by selecting the experimental route,exploring the teaching process of reaction conditions and product characterization in groups.The students can perform the training of team-work spirit and innovation consciousness,the deep understanding of synthesis methodology,and the promoting of experimental ability in the above teaching process.
