摘　　要：化工原理课程是一门专业基础课程,其主要内容包括质量传递、动量传递和热量传递的一些单元操作过程。本文以传质单元操作部分教学方式的改革为例,以提高学生的学习质量为目的,探讨学生在顶岗实习和走上工作岗位后如何能更好地对接岗位工作任务。The course of principles of chemical engineering is a professional basic course.Its main contents includes relating to mass transfer,momentum transfer,heat transfer some unit operation processes.In this paper,takes the reform of the teaching method of mass transfer unit as an example,In order to improve the students'learning quality,discuss students how to do their field work internships and competent job requirements after graduation.
