摘　　要：通识教育是日本国立本科高等职业教育的重要组成部分。进入新世纪以来,在“大纲化”改革危机、经济“不景气”长期存在以及“少子化”加剧等因素的影响下,日本国立本科高职采取了一系列措施改革其通识教育,以满足社会发展需求以及自身发展需要。这些措施主要包括通识教育培养目标的明确化、课程资源的体系化、学习方式的多样化以及实施机构的专门化。General education is an important part of Japanese national undergraduate-level higher vocational education.Since the beginning of the 21th century,under the influence of the“outline”reform crisis,the long-term economi“c depression”,and the intensification of“low birth-rate”,Japanese national higher vocational colleges have taken a series of measures to improve their general education to meet the needs of social development and their own development.These measures mainly include explicitly defining training objectives of general education,the systematization of curriculum resources,the diversification of learning methods,and the specialization of implementation institutions.
