典型行业特色高校转型发展的意义及策略研究——以华北科技学院为例

摘　　要：部属行业特色高校的学科建设和人才培养须以围绕服务国家的重大需求为中心,院校隶属关系和国家重大需求产生变化导致行业特色高校有所调整是促进典型部属院校转型与发展的强力因素。围绕行业特色高校转型发展的现状和发展需求,阐述了行业特色高校转型发展的重要意义,并以华北科技学院为例,介绍了其在转型过程中在办学理念转变、院系和专业调整、成果和行业对接等方面的具体措施,为行业特色高校的转型发展提供参考。The discipline construction and personnel training of the institutions of higher learning affiliated to the ministry with industry characteristics should be centered around the major needs of serving the country.The change of subordinate relationship and major national needs makes the industry characteristics adjust,which is a powerful factor to promote the transformation and development of typical subordinate colleges and universities.The important significance of the transformation and development of universities with industry characteristics was expounded focus on the current situation and development demand of the transformation and development of universities with industry characteristics.And North China University of Science and Technology was taken as an example,the specific measures for the transformation of school-running concept,the adjustment of departments and the docking of achievements and industries were introduced,which can provide reference for the transformation and development of institutions of higher learning with industry characteristics.
