摘　　要：为培养符合企业需求的应用型人才,结合塑料模具设计课程的特点,从教学内容建设、教材和教学资源建设、教学方法改革、课程考核方式改革、教师团队建设、实践教学条件几方面提出校企合作的课程建设措施,将教学和企业紧密结合起来,达到应用型人才的培养目标。In order to cultivate application-oriented talents that meet the needs of enterprises,combined with the characteristics of the Plastic Mould Design course,this paper puts forward the curriculum construction measures of school enterprise cooperation from theaspects of teaching content construction,teaching materials and teaching resources construction,teaching method reform,curriculum assessment mode reform,teacher team construction and practical teaching conditions,so as to combine teaching and enterprise closelyand achieve the training goal of applied talents,combine teaching and business to achieve the training goal of applied talents.
