大众武术健身之步法问题辨析

摘  要:步法是武术训练中非常重要的技法要求,也是区别于许多体育项目的显著特征。无论是在套路中还是在散打中,步法都是武术技术的核心要领。同时,无论是在专业武术训练中还是在大众武术健身活动中,步法也都是武术练习中非常重要的组成部分。然而,对大众武术健身活动的调研却发现,很多武术爱好者的步法存在诸多问题,甚至有些爱好者索性没有步法。基于此,建议武术健身者应该加强步法意识、加强步法移动训练、加强步法稳定性训练、加强步法转换训练等。Footwork is a very important skill requirement in Wushu Training,and it is also a remarkable characteristic which is different from many sports.Footwork is the core of Wushu technique whether in Taolu or in Sanda.At the same time,footwork is also a very important part of Wushu practice,both in the professional Wushu Training and in the Mass Wushu fitness activities.However,the investigation of Mass Wushu fitness activities found that there are many problems in the footwork of many Wushu Lovers,and even some lovers simply do not have footwork.Based on this,the author suggests that Wushu athletes should strengthen the consciousness of footwork,step movement training,step stability training,step change training and so on.
