摘　　要：听力增值评价体系以听力教学活动对学生预期成绩的增值为教育评价标准,用来判定教学活动对学生成绩的影响,是一种从多方面反映学习效果的新型评价体系。与传统的听力评价模式相比,这种模式更能关注学生的起点听力水平、综合考察学生多方面听力学习能力、强调学生的发展性评价,提高学生学习过程中的自信心,及时查漏补缺,有针对性、有重点地提高听力学习能力。研究得出的一系列结论证实了增值评价体系对听力评价的重要作用。The listening value-added evaluation system is a new evaluation system that reflects learning effects from many aspects, which uses the value-added of listening teaching activities to students’ expected performance as the educational evaluation standard. It is used to determine the impact of teaching activities on students’ performance. Compared with the traditional listening evaluation model, this model can pay more attention to the students’ starting point listening level,comprehensively investigate their listening skills in various aspects, emphasize their developmental evaluation, improve their selfconfidence in the learning process, and timely check for gaps and improve listening comprehension in a targeted and focused manner. A series of conclusions drawn by the study confirmed the important role of value-added evaluation system in listening evaluation.
