不同修复材料在口腔修复患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究不同修复材料对口腔修复患者牙周指标的影响。方法将2017年1月~2018年4月于本院门诊接受口腔修复治疗的患者90例依据修复材料不同分为二氧化锆全瓷冠组(n=30)、钴铬合金组(n=30)、金沉积组(n=30)。所有患者修复后随访12个月,对比分析三组患者牙周指标改善情况,研究三组患者修复后1年密合度、冠颜色、颈缘染色变化及冠崩瓷、冠折裂发生情况。结果修复前,三组PD、SBI、PLI相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后1年,三组SBI水平上升,且金沉积组与二氧化锆全瓷冠组显著低于钴铬合金组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后1年,金沉积组及二氧化锆全瓷冠组密合度、冠颜色、颈缘染色均优于钴铬合金组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后1年内,三组冠崩瓷、冠折裂发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金沉积及全瓷冠口腔修复可起到较好修复效果,可降低对牙周健康的影响,保障口腔环境良好发展。Objective To study the influence of different restorative materials for periodontal index in patients with prosthodontics.Methods 90 patients who received prosthodontic treatment in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were divided into zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown group(n=30),cobalt chromium alloy group(n=30)and gold deposition group(n=30)according to different restoration materials.All patients were followed up for 12 months after restoration,and the improvement of periodontal index in the three groups of patients was compared and analyzed.The changes of fitness,crown color,and marginal staining and the occurrence of crown porcelain collapse and crown fracture in the three groups of patients one year after restoration were studied.Results Before restoration,there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups in PD,SBI and PLI(P>0.05).One year after restoration,the level of SBI in the three groups increased,and the levels of SBI of the gold deposition group and zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown group were significantly lower than that of the cobalt chromium alloy group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the restoration for one year,the density,crown color and neck edge staining in the gold deposition group and zirconia all ceramic crown group were better than those in the cobalt chromium alloy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the restoration within one year,there was no significant difference in the incidence of crown fracture between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gold deposition and all ceramic crown oral restoration can achieve better restoration effect,reduce the impact on periodontal health and ensure the good development of oral environment.
