摘 要:临床药物动力学是应用动力学原理与数学模型,定量描述药物在人体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄过程随时间变化动态规律的一门学科。其研究目的是充分认识人体与药物间相互作用规律,为临床制定合理用药方案、筛选和评价新药的临床疗效提供科学依据。文章主要探讨如何在本科临床药学专业临床药物动力学教学过程中,紧贴社会行业需求,紧扣药学服务工作实际需求开展教学工作;充分发挥医学院校的医学优势,坚持校院、校企协同创新、深度合作,培养学生药学服务的理念;合理应用多种教学形式,以达到丰富教学内容、提高教学效果的目的。Clinical pharmacokinetics is a subject that quantitatively describes the time-based dynamic law of drug absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion process in the human body based on the principle of kinetics and mathematical model.The purpose of this study is to fully understand the interaction between the human body and drugs and to provide a scientific basis for the clinical formulation of rational drug use programs,screening,and evaluation of clinical efficacy of new drugs.This paper mainly discusses how to carry out the undergraduate teaching activities in accordance with the needs of the social service related to pharmacy;to give full play to the advantages of medical colleges and universities,adhering to the concept of collaborative innovation and in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises;and to reasonably apply a variety of teaching forms in order to enrich the teaching contents and improve the teaching effect.
