摘　　要：教学质量评价是高校教学运行管理的一种手段,亦是保障人才培养质量的重要组成部分。深入分析目前以教为中心教学质量评价存在的问题,根据教学质量发展性评价的理论,遵循成果导向教育、学生为中心和持续改进的理念,提出以学为中心教学质量评价的建议,以期破解教学质量评价困局,提升高校教育教学质量。Teaching quality evaluation is a means of teaching operation management in colleges and universities,and it is also an important part of the quality guarantee of talent cultivation.Based on the theory of the developmental evaluation of teaching quality,in accordance with the idea of"outcome-based education,student-centered and continuous improvement",this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions on the teaching quality evaluation of learning-centered approach in order to improve teaching quality evaluation and the teaching quality of higher education.
