摘　　要：“国培计划”和“卓越教师培养计划”对师资队伍建设发挥了极其重要的作用。以云南省“国培计划”为例,通过问卷和访谈调查“国培”背景下中学卓越教师培养现状,分析取得的成就和存在的问题,提出对策建议。The National Training Program and the Excellent Teacher Training Program play an extremely important role in the construction of the teaching staff.Taking the National Training Program of Yunnan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of excellent teachers training in middle school and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
