摘 要:由于具有“家族”与“企业”双元特征,家族企业的组织决策逻辑需要在“家族”情感维度和“企业”经济维度之间取得相合,才能保证家族创业的持续性。本文基于制度逻辑理论,以海外华人家族企业的典型代表正大集团为例,构建了制度复杂性下的家族企业成长模型。研究发现,随着家族企业的成长,组织内部制度复杂性经历了“同盟期—维持期—主导期”的演变过程。本文进一步明晰了不同阶段中家族企业的能动性响应过程。企业家精神的培育与家族孝悌、文化传承并重,是华人家族企业有效平衡家族逻辑与企业逻辑关系的关键机制。本文揭示了家族企业成长过程中的制度复杂性演变及组织主体能动性的作用过程,同时也部分反映出海外华人家族企业成长中的企业家精神特质,对探索构建中国家族企业独特的成长路径有积极的意义。The academic research on family business mainly focuses on family issues and its unique social and psychological attributes,and explains the impact of family involvement on corporate governance,innovation,and internationalization,et al.Different from the perspective of previous research,which presents that family logic pursuits the non-economic objectives and business logic pursuits economic objectives and they are generally regarded as contradictory,this study tends to explore the integration between them.In addition,some existing studies discuss why a large number of family businesses gradually adopt the strategy of“de-familization”during the growth process,even though excessively“de-familization”tends to inspire conflicts within the family,deprive their unique strategic resources embedded in family,which lead to the collapse of family business system.Therefore,it is particularly important for family businesses to correctly understand,respond,and even take advantage of the institutional complexity of organization.According to institutional logics perspective,due to the dual characteristics of“family”and“business”,the organizational decision-making of family business needs to be reconciled between the emotional dimension derived from family and the economic dimension rooted in business.This paper takes a longitudinal case study of Charoen Pokphand Group,which is one of the typical representatives of overseas Chinese family business,which highlights the prominence of the interaction of family logic with the business logic.The case study reveals the relationship between logics multiplicity and organizational response in the context of family business succession.Our result suggests that there are three stages of logic evolution with the development of family business,namely aligned-maintained-dominant.The institutional complexity inf luences family business’decision-making process.Furthermore,in order to promote the succession of entrepreneurship and family culture,it is critical to balance family
