摘　　要：通过对几种白蚁体内蛋白质及组成氨基酸的含量研究,阐述了白蚁体蛋白作为蛋白质来源的优越性,还阐述了白蚁消化道共生微生物及自身产生的纤维素酶的种类、作用机理及在生物燃料生产中的应用前景。In this paper,the superiority of termite body protein is elaborated as a protein source through the study on the content of protein and constituent amino acids in several types of termites,and so are the types,mechanisms and application prospects of symbiotic microorganism in digestive tracts and self-produced cellulase in biofuel production.
