摘  要:针对我国农业院校学历继续教育生源下滑,在办学中存在教育观念落后、招生市场混乱、教学质量低、学生管理难度大和非学历继续教育缺乏培训品牌、激励机制不到位等问题,结合云南农业大学继续教育的办学实际,分析当前继续教育发展面临的困境,提出农业院校继续教育要生存和发展,必须转变办学指导思想,深化认识,转变观念,满足社会需求,树立继续教育系统观念、质量观念、管理观念和公关观念,开展多渠道、多形式办学,保证继续教育的办学质量,实现继续教育持续发展和成功转型。In view of the decline in the number of continuing education students in agricultural colleges and universities in China, there are problems such as backward education concepts, chaotic enrollment markets, low teaching quality, difficulty in student management, lack of training brands for non-degree continuing education, and insufficient incentive mechanisms. Combined with the actuality of continuing education of Yunnan Agricultural University, this paper analyzes the current predicament of continuing education development,and puts forward some suggestions:. the guiding ideology has to be changed to meet the social needs;the multi-channel and multi-form education should be carried out toestablish the concept of the continuing education system, quality, management and public relations, and guarantee the quality and sustainability, and successful transformation of continuing education.
