摘  要:近几年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及各种食品工业的不断兴起,食品安全问题日益受到人们的重视。食品安全问题多是因为食品被微生物侵入而发生变质,为了避免食品变质和腐败,建立有效的食品微生物快速检验方法尤为重要,利用有效快速的食品微生物检验方法开展检测能够极大的提升食品安全性,将危险因素排除在外,降低污染风险,从而保障人们的健康。本文就食品微生物快速检验方法和无菌操作技术展开探讨。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous rise of various food industries,food safety issues have attracted much attention and are increasingly being paid attention to.Most of the reasons for food contamination are that food is spoiled by microorganisms.In order to avoid food spoilage and spoilage,it is very precious to establish an effective food microbiological rapid test method.The use of effective and rapid food microbiological test methods can greatly improve food safety Hygiene,exclude risk factors,reduce the risk of pollution,and thus protect people’s health.This article discusses the rapid inspection method of food microorganism and aseptic operation technology.
