摘　　要：近年来,在食品质量控制中出现了几种新型检测技术,这些技术的应用使得我国的食品质量问题得到了很好的控制,保障了人们的生命健康安全。本文阐述了目前在食品质量控制中应用检测技术的意义及其具体应用,并分析了食品质量控制中存在的问题。In recent years,several new detection technologies have emerged in food quality control.The application of these technologies has enabled our country’s food quality issues to be well controlled and ensured people’s lives,health and safety.This article describes the current problems in food quality control in China and the importance of detection technology in food quality control,and analyzes the application of detection technology in food quality control in detail.
