摘  要:基于Android平台利用微型可见光探测器开发了便携式颜色检测系统,实现了系统控制、指标检测、颜色表征等功能。对4个不同等级的碧螺春茶汤色度进行检测,探究不同冲泡时间和温度对其色度的影响,结果表明:在(45±2)℃时,茶汤随着冲泡时间的延长,明度值L^*和红绿色度值a^*均呈线性减小趋势,黄蓝色度值b^*呈增大趋势;样品在冲泡时间为3 min,冲泡温度为(45±2)、(40±2)℃的条件下,其色度值差异不显著。该微型测色仪稳定可靠,可应用于液态样品颜色的快速分析检测。A transmission color detection system was designed based on Android platform and min-visible light detector,which realized the functions of system control,index detection,color characterization.The chromaticity of Biluochun tea soup of four grades was analyzed,and the effect of different brewing time and temperature on its chromaticity were explored.The results showed that at(45±2)℃with the extend of brewing time,and the brightness value L^*and red-green value a^*decreased linearly,while the yellowblue value b^*increased;There were no significant differences in its chroma value under the conditions of 3 min and brewing temperature of(45±2),(40±2)℃.The micro colorimeter detection system runs steadily and the results are reliable,which can be applied to the color detection and analysis of liquid food.
