摘  要:针对在船舶汽轮发电机组的稳定运行过程中,机组的励磁、汽阀、锅炉综合控制系统可能遭受不确定干扰的问题,提出基于SDM-H∞方法设计的非线性鲁棒综合控制器。该方法通过选取适当的输出函数,结合实际可量测量对原系统进行精确线性化,并基于线性化后的系统描述设计鲁棒控制,从而得到原系统在L2增益意义下的干扰抑制控制策略。模拟多机并联孤网运行的仿真测试结果表明,在受到负荷加载、机组状态量变化等扰动后,该控制器能抑制机组转速、励磁端压与供汽压力的波动幅值,缩短其恢复稳定的时间,有利于机组维持电网稳定运行。该结论可以为独立电网非线性控制研究提供参考,应用可量测量的建模方法也可以为复杂系统模型的简化提供思路。To improve the steady operation capability of shipboard turbo-generator,the excitation-valve-boiler integrated control model considering uncertain disturbances was built,and proper output functions were chosen.A corresponding linear system including actual measurable quantities was constructed,an interference-resistant control strategy in the sense of L2-gain of the original system was proposed,and a nonlinear integrated robust controller based on State Dynamic Measurement(SDM)-H∞method was designed.The simulation results of a multi-machine parallel isolated network show that,by applying the controller,fluctuations of unit’s rotation speed,excitation terminal voltage and pressure of steam supply due to load change and variation of system state variables were suppressed,and the recovery time was reduced,which may enhance stability of shipboard power system.The conclusion of this paper can provide reference for the study of nonlinear control of independent power grid,and the modeling by applying SDM method can also be used for the simplification of complex systems.
