摘　　要：气象科技英语属于科技应用英语范畴。文章以德国功能主义目的论为指导,从句法方面的特征入手,结合实例,通过对其被动句、长句以及复杂句特点的分析,探讨了气象科技英语的翻译方法。Meteorological science and technology English belongs to the category of science and technology application English.This paper is guided by the German functionalist Skopos theory.By analyzing the characteristics of passive,long and complex sentences from the aspect of syntax,this paper elaborates the specific process of translation and probes into the translation methods of meteorological science and technology English.
