摘 要:选取合理的湍流模型对集装箱起重机(简称“岸桥”)风载荷数值模拟结果的准确性至关重要。针对岸桥风载数值模拟中湍流模型的选取,文章采用5种工程中常用的湍流模型Standard k-ε、RNG k-ε、Realizable k-ε、Standard k-ω和SST k-ω分别对岸桥均匀风场和梯度风场进行模拟,并结合风洞试验从风力系数、力矩系数、计算收敛情况等方面对5种湍流模型的性能进行综合分析。研究结果表明:Standard k-ε模型的计算结果与其他4种湍流模型相比其值偏大;在均匀风场模拟中,5种湍流模型的计算结果均可满足精度要求,但在梯度风场中Standard k-ε模型的模拟结果较差,与风洞试验的相对误差达25%;从整体计算情况来看,RNG k-ε模型更加适合岸桥的风场模拟,但收敛性相对较差。It is quite important to choose a suitable turbulence model for the numerical results of wind load on container cranes(simplified to as crane).Five typical turbulence models in engineering,including Standard k-ε,RNG k-ε,Realizable k-ε,Standard k-ω,and SST k-ω,are respectively employed to simulate the uniform and gradient wind fields of the crane to decide the optimal one.Then the wind tunnel tests are carried out to analyze the total performance(wind coefficient,moment coefficient and convergence)of these five models.The experimental and analytical results show that the Standard k-εturbulence model has a larger result than the other four models.All the five models show satisfactory results in the uniform wind field simulation.However,the Standard k-εturbulence model shows the worst results with errors up to 25%compared to the experimental results in the gradient wind field simulation.Generally,the RNG k-εturbulence model is the most applicable model,yet it shows a little poor convergence.
