摘 要:文章针对利用深井原盐制备竹盐的工艺及竹盐产品特征开展了研究。采用SEM、XRD、ICP-OES、XPS方法分析海盐和竹盐的化学性质。竹盐的化学成分和原盐有所不同。竹盐粒度相对于原盐更小。竹盐的钙、镁、磷、钾、铁含量均高于原盐。与原盐相比,竹盐的结构致密、结晶度高、结晶完好、分散性好,无需添加抗结剂。Studied production process of bamboo-salt by well-salt and Product features in this article.The chemical composition of well-salt and bamboo salt were determined by SEM,ICP-OES,XRD,XPS assays.The chemical composition of bamboo salt was found to be different with well-salt.The particle size of the bamboo salt was smaller than well-salt.The contents of Ca,Mg,P,K,and Fe of the bamboo salt were much higher.The comparative of analysis the micrograph of bamboo salt and well-salt showed that the bamboo salt product had higher crystallinity,better particle density and dispersion,and bamboo salt didn’t need to add anticaking agent.
