摘　　要：提高青少年科技教育师资素养,是现阶段青少年科技教育发展中亟待解决的瓶颈问题,基于在线平台,通过融合高校的优质资源,实现在职教师的培训与在校专业大学生培养协同发展是解决这一瓶颈问题最快速、最有效的方式。本文将从青少年科技教师队伍问题现状分析入手、进行原因分析,并探索一个推进当前青少年科技教师素养提高的最高效模式。To improve the quality of science and technology education teachers for teenagers is the bottleneck problem to be solved in the development of science and technology education for teenagers.Based on the online platform,through the integration of high-quality resources in universities,to achieve the collaborative development of in-service teacher and college students'training is the fastest and most effective way to solve this bottleneck problem.This paper will start with the analysis of the current situation,then analyze the causes,and at the last will explore a most efficient mode toimproveand technology teachers.
