摘  要:教师专业发展学校是大学与中小学教师基于合作学习建立的教师学习共同体,以共同发展为目标,以合作学习为载体,通过组织开展各种教学科研活动,形成凝聚人心的共同愿景,促进教师的专业发展。本文总结了河北科技师范学院教育学院建设教师专业发展学校的实践经验,探讨其在教师教育发展中的价值意义。Teacher Professional Development School is a teacher learning community established by universities and primary and secondary school teachers based on cooperative learning,with the goal of common development and the carrier of cooperativelearning. The school has organized various teaching and research activities to form a common vision of cohesion and promote teachers’ professional development. This paper summarizes the practical experience of Institute of Education of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology in constructing a teacher professional development school and discusses its value in the development of teacher education.
