摘　　要：To the Editor:Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura(TTP)is a type of life-threatening thrombotic microangiopathy(TMA)clinically characterized by severe thrombocytopenia,microangiopathic hemolytic anemia,and symptoms of regional ischemia/infarction including neurologic dysfunction and renal insufficiency.
