摘 要:针对目前育种的荞麦品种参差不齐,育种过程中鲜有考虑荞麦机械加工的影响因素,并且由于不同品种荞麦的机械特性有较大差异,造成荞麦剥米经济性差和剥米效果不佳等问题。检测了3个品种荞麦的粒径分布比、皮米占总比、荞麦与荞麦米的三轴尺寸3个影响因素。结果表明:不同品种荞麦的各粒径占比差异大。3个荞麦品种的皮米占总比分别为79.81%~83.6%、78.81%~83.78%、69.86%~83.5%。荞麦、荞麦米的宽、高对其透筛有较大影响,荞麦籽粒与去皮后的荞麦米有较大的差异。不同品种荞麦的皮米占总比,粒径分布比,荞麦、荞麦米三轴尺寸等影响因素是存在特异性的,这些物理特性参数的研究对荞麦剥壳性能试验研究有重要的影响,为选育适合加工荞麦米的新荞麦品种提供基础数据,对选育新的荞麦品种有参考价值。In view of the uneven varieties of buckwheat cultivars in current breeding,the factors affecting buckwheat mechanical processing are seldom considered in the breeding process,in addition,due to the great differences in mechanical properties of different buckwheat varieties,the buckwheat stripping is not economical and the effect of rice stripping is not well.Three influencing factors—particle size distribution ratio,total ratio of skin and rice and triaxial size of buckwheat and buckwheat-rice were tested.The results show that the particle size distribution ratios were different and varied greatly.The total ratio of skin and rice of three different buck-wheat varieties were 79.81%~83.6%,78.81%~83.78%and 69.86%~83.5%respectively.The width and height of buckwheat and buckwheat-rice had a great influence on their screening.There are great differences between buckwheat and buckwheat-to-rice.Total ratio of skin and rice,particle size distribution ratio and the triaxial dimensions of buckwheat and buckwheat-to-rice of different varieties have specificity,the study of these physical parameters has an important influence on the research of buckwheat shelling.It provides basic data for breeding new Buckwheat Varieties Suitable for processing buckwheat rice,and has significance for breeding new variety of buckwheat.
