摘 要:生物药剂学与药物动力学实验教学是用数学方法阐述药物在体内动态变化规律的综合性课程。利用基础科研和新药研发等方面的优质资源,从教师队伍培养、科研资源、管理机制等方面入手,促进生物药剂学与药物动力学实验课程等药学教育的供给侧改革,培养学生的科研思维能力和科研动手能力,利于形成创新意识和创新能力,以解决我国创新性药学人才有效供给不足的问题,提升药学创新性人才供给质量。Experimental teaching of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics is a comprehensive course that uses mathematical methods to explain the laws of dynamic changes of drugs in vivo.Make use of high-quality resources in basic scientific research and new drug research and development,starting with the training of faculty,scientific research resources,management mechanism,etc.,promote the supply-side reform of pharmacy education such as biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics experimental courses,and cultivate students′scientific thinking ability and scientific research and hands-on ability are conducive to the formation of innovative consciousness and innovative ability,to solve the problem of insufficient effective supply of innovative pharmaceutical talents in China,and to improve the quality of the supply of innovative pharmaceutical talents.
