摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主阵地。医学院校思政课建设面临着重要机遇与挑战,需要分析影响医学院校思政课教学效果的因素,从高度、深度、广度、契合度等方面提出深化教学改革和提升教学实效的路径,要学习贯彻习近平总书记在学校思政课座谈会上的重要讲话精神,打造高素质教师队伍,推动“四个课堂”融合,不断提高思政课教学的实效性,加强医学生对思想政治理论课的认同感、获得感,真正做到立德树人、造就良医。Ideological and political theory courses are the main position of ideological and political education for college students,and the construction of the courses in medical colleges and universities is facing important opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation of ideological and political teaching in medical colleges and universities,and puts forward the teaching reform path from the aspects of height,depth,breadth and fit.Medical colleges and universities should study and implement the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the symposium on school ideological and political education,create high-quality teaching staff,promote the integration of"four classes",constantly improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,strengthen medical students'sense of identity and sense of gain in ideological and political theory courses,and truly create virtue and build up good doctors.
