摘 要:本文以台湾地区的公民课程教材为主要分析对象,指出戒严时期台湾地区公民教育形塑出以"反共意识"为前提的中国认同;20世纪90年代以降又随着"宪政改革"带来的政治需求,形塑出以西方知识体系与公民社会话语所主导的"公民民族国家"认同。在变革的过程中,后者展现出对前者的抵抗与扬弃,但内在脉络却共享着相似的意识形态与价值取向。从公民教育的经验来检验当代台湾的身份认同,是漫长时间积累与建构而出的结果,必须历史性地加以解析。This article takes Taiwan’s civic education textbooks as the main object for analysis,and points out that civic education in Taiwan during the martial law period led to the formation of Chinese identification based on the premise of"anti-communist consciousness".Since 1990 s,with the political needs brought about by the"constitutional reform",the"civic nation-state"identification underpinned by the Western knowledge system and discourse on civil society also merged into the political identity of Taiwan.During the transition,the latter process resisted and renounced ideas of the former,but they shared similar ideologies and value orientations in their inner logic.The identification of contemporary Taiwan Residents people is investigated from the experience of civic education and this identification is the result of long-time accumulation and construction,which must be analyzed historically.
