参与式培训模式在师范教学中的运用--以《中小学语文课程与教学论》课程为例

摘　　要：参与式培训模式是目前国内外积极倡导的一种学习方式,把参与式培训模式引进到师范教育教学中,是国家教育部对师范教育的要求,也是教育市场的需求.通过尝试“参与调研-案例分析-模拟授课-课后评议”的参与式培训模式,旨在探寻一种创新而又相对高效的师范课堂教学模式.Participating training mode is one of the learning modes actively promoted home and abroad.Introducing participating training mode into normal education and teaching is the requirement of the State Ministry of Education to normal education and the need of education market.Through practicing“participating investigating-care study-simulating teaching-after-class evaluation”participating training mode,the author explores a creative and effective normal classroom teaching mode.
