加强高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程能推动教师党支部书记成为党建带头人和学术带头人,是解决高校基层党建突出问题的重要举措。目前高职院校“双带头人”队伍在带头作用发挥、党务工作方法、履职尽责能力等方面还存在问题。要推进“双带头人”教师党支部书记队伍建设,高校应立足顶层设计,建章立制要“全”;明确职责标准,工作内容要“实”;育典型树标杆,示范引领要“强”。The"double leaders"cultivation project of the party branch secretary of university teachers can promote the party branch secretary of university teachers to become a leader in party building and academic leaders, and it is an important measure to solve the prominent problems of party building at the grass-roots level of university. However, based on higher vocational colleges, there are still some problems in the"double leaders"team in the aspects of taking the lead, working methods of party affairs, and the ability to perform their duties. To promote the construction of"double leaders"teachers Party branch secretary team, it is necessary to base on the top-level design, establish rules and regulations to"complete";Clear responsibility standards, work content should be"real";Cultivate the benchmark of the model tree, the demonstration leader should be"strong".
