摘  要:为了检验新型玉米果穗在遗传规律验证实验中的使用效果,将新型玉米遗传实验材料应用于遗传学实验教学验证遗传定律。对学生实验结果进行统计和调查问卷分析,结果表明新材料各性状的可识别性强、性状分离稳定、实验材料的可用性好。新型材料容易被学生接受,教学效果好。新型实验材料将多个遗传规律融合在一个玉米果穗上,可以同时验证多个遗传规律,减少了玉米果穗的使用数量、简化了材料获得过程,也减少了学生操作实验的时间。这个新型材料的使用缓解经典遗传学实验在学时减少的情况下需要展示更多实验内容的矛盾,使学生在充分理解各个遗传规律的现象和本质的同时深刻理解遗传规律的多样性和统一性,更加深刻地体会到遗传学的本质,提升了实验教学效果。In order to test the effect of using new ears of Maize in the experiment of validating genetic laws,new maize genetic materials are applied in genetic experiment teaching to validate the genetic laws,and the students’ experimental results and questionnaires are analyzed by statistics.The results show that the characters of new materials have strong identifiability and stable separation.The experimental materials with good usability are easy accepted by students and get good effect in genetics experiment teaching.The new experimental materials combine multiple genetic laws into a single ear of maize,which can verify multiple genetic laws at the same time,reduce the number of ears of maize,simplify the material acquisition process,and also reduce the time for students to complete the experiment.The use of this new materials will alleviate the contradiction between the reduced hours of classical genetic experiments and the more experimental content.It enables students to fully understand the phenomena and essence of each genetic law,at the same time,to deeply understand the diversity and unity of genetic laws,to more deeply understand the essence of genetics,and to improve the experimental teaching effect.
