预成纤维桩对口腔修复患者牙周指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔修复患者实施预成纤维桩治疗对牙周指数的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年8月本院口腔科收治的80例实施口腔修复患者作为研究对象,根据修复材料分为金属组(n=40,金属桩口腔修复)和纤维组(n=40,纤维桩口腔修复),对比两组修复时间、修复成功率、牙周指数及患者治疗满意度。结果纤维组患牙平均修复时间低于金属组(P<0.05);纤维组患者治疗后3个月修复成功率高于金属组(P<0.05);纤维组修复成功患者治疗后6个月BI、PLI、PD、松动度低于金属组(P<0.05);纤维组患者治疗后6个月对修复后美观度、咀嚼功能、舒适度满意度评分高于金属组(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复患者实施预成纤维桩治疗修复成功率高,且可缩短治疗时间,改善牙周指数及患者修复满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of pre-fibrous post treatment on periodontal index in patients with oral restoration.Methods From February 2017 to August 2018,80 cases of oral restoration patients in our hospital were selected as study subjects.According to the different restoration materials,they were divided into metal group(n=40,metal pile oral restoration)and fiber group(n=40,Fiber post oral restoration),compared the restoration time,success rate of restoration,periodontal index,and patient satisfaction of treatment between the two groups.Results The average repair time of the teeth in the fiber group was lower than that in the metal group(P<0.05).The success rate of repair in the fiber group after 3 months was higher than that in the metal group(P<0.05).The BI,PLI,PD and looseness of patients in the fiber group who were successfully repaired were lower than those in the metal group at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Patients in the fiber group 6 months after treatment have higher satisfaction scores for post-repair aesthetics,chewing function,and comfort than the metal group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with oral prosthesis have high success rate in the treatment of pre-fibrillated posts,and can shorten the treatment time,improve the periodontal index and patients'satisfaction in repair.
