Based on the interaction of grapheme(GR)and DNA byπ-πstacking,and high adsorption capacity of gold nanorods(AuNRs)for thiol-modified molecules, anovel electrochemical aptamer aptasensor was developed for simultaneous detecting ochratoxin A(OTA)and fumonisin B 1(FB 1).GR and AuNRs have the advantages of large specific surface area and strong conductivity, which can realize signal amplification. The initial signals of thioine and ferrocene reached 299.3 and 314.8μA,respectively.The linear range of OTA and FB 1 was 5×10^-4-1×10^3 ng/mL,and the limit of detection was 0.34 and 0.17 pg/mL,respectively.The aptasensor had good anti-interference performance to aflatoxin B1 and zearalenone. It was applied to detect OTA and FB 1 in spiked beer with the recoveries of 94.1%-97.7%and 87.1%-95.3%,indicating that the prepared aptasensor can be used for the detection of actual samples.
