摘　　要：目的探讨肝血管瘤患者微波消融(MWA)术后血红蛋白尿的相关因素。方法选取2011年1月至2019年1月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院治疗的103例肝血管瘤患者作为研究对象。根据MWA术后是否发生血红蛋白尿,将患者分为血红蛋白尿组(n=45)和无血红蛋白尿组(n=58)。结果Logistic多因素回归分析显示,血管瘤体积、天线插入数、消融时间与肝血管瘤患者MWA术后血红蛋白尿密切相关。血管瘤体积、天线插入数、消融时间联合评估术后血红蛋白尿效能,高于三者单独评估。结论血管瘤体积、天线插入数和消融时间是肝血管瘤患者MWA术后发生血红蛋白尿的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the related factors of hemoglobinuria in patients with hepatic hemangioma after receiving microwave ablation.Methods A total of 103 patients with hepatic hemangioma,who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College of China during the period from January 2011 to January 2019 to receive treatment,were enrolled in this study.According to whether hemoglobinuria occurred or not after receiving microwave ablation,the patients were divided into hemoglobinuria group(n=45)and non-hemoglobinuria group(n=58).The related factors for the occurrence of hemoglobinuria after microwave ablation were analyzed.Results Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the volume of hemangioma,the number of inserted antennas and the ablation time were closely related to the occurrence of hemoglobinuria in patients with hepatic hemangioma after receiving microwave ablation.The evaluation effectiveness judged by combination use of hemangioma volume,number of inserted antennas and ablation time was better than that judged by using single indicator of the three indexes.Conclusion The volume of hemangioma,the number of inserted antennas and the ablation time are independent risk factors for the occurrence of hemoglobinuria in patients with hepatic hemangioma after receiving microwave ablation therapy.
