摘  要:颗粒状食品由于具有较好的流动性,流动没有规律性,从而导致定量称量较为困难。为了提高颗粒装食品称量精度,设计了一种基于模糊PID的颗粒食品定量称量控制系统。首先分析了颗粒食品称量机机械结构以及工艺流程,并在此基础上设计了以松下PLC和触摸屏为核心的控制系统硬件结构。为了提高控制称量精度,克服传统PID控制自适应能力差的缺陷,在PID控制器中引入了模糊控制理论。最后对该控制系统进行了试验分析,试验结果表明该控制系统能够实现颗粒食品的高精度称量,称量精度能够控制在±1 g,完全能够满足称量要求。Due to the good fluidity and irregular flow of granular food,it is difficult to weigh it quantitatively.In order to improve the weighing accuracy of grain food,a quantitative weighing control system of grain food based on Fuzzy PID is designed.Firstly,the mechanical structure and technological process of the grain food weighing machine are analyzed,and on this basis,the hardware structure of the control system with Panasonic PLC and touch screen as the core is designed.In order to improve the control weighing accuracy and overcome the defect of the poor adaptive ability of the traditional PID control,the fuzzy control theory is introduced into the PID controller.Finally,the experimental analysis of the control system is carried out.The experimental results show that the control system can achieve high-precision weighing of granular food,and the weighing accuracy can be controlled within±1 g,which can fully meet the weighing requirements.
